This notice explains what happens to your details when you join the Aura Calendar launch waitlist at auracalendar.com.
Who we are
Aura Calendar is operated by T.C STREIT & M.G VAN KOERSVELD (ABN 79 479 369 806), trading as Aura Calendar. You can contact us about anything in this notice at support@auracalendar.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and nothing else. Standard technical information (such as your IP address) is used transiently to protect the signup form from abuse and is not stored with your contact record.
Why we collect it
We use your email address to send you updates about the launch of Aura Calendar, with your consent given when you sign up. We record when and where on the site you signed up so we can evidence that consent. We don't use the waitlist for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell or share your details for other organisations' marketing.
Where it's stored
Waitlist contacts are stored with Resend, the email service provider we use to manage the list and send updates. Resend may store data outside Australia (including in the United States). By joining the waitlist you consent to your email address being stored this way.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honoured within five working days. You can also contact us at any time to access, correct or delete the details we hold about you.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until launch communications wrap up, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
